We use Bloomreach for our direct customer communications, across email, weblayers, SMS and push notifications. It allows us to plot brand storytelling more effectively and has increased conversion rates.

- Easy to use platform, so campaign creation is smooth.
- Bloomreach academy on offer for staff training.
- Predictions area could be more clearly explained
- The naming conventions of features are sometimes hard to remember
- Saving your scenario before exiting should be made optional if you're making a draft
- Conversion rates from our CRM program have increased
- We're able to utilise the same audiences across search and social
- We've streamlined our customer comms into one platform
The platform allows us to deploy our comms strategy seamlessly, it maximises the amount we can re-emgage our customers without spamming them or sending irrelevant messages. The ai behind the predictions feature has allowed us to build bespoke campaigns based on which channels some customer perfer to be communicated with via.
