Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Utilise our customer data for B2B and B2C to send customer-centric, personalised campaigns, and allow for automation and weblayers too. Bloomreach is great for engagement and reaching the right audience at the right time, it is very easy to navigate as a platform too. We use bloomreach for all our products.

It is still a work in progress for our brands, but it is definitely having a positive impact on our customer experience. We are able to to automate campaigns for users who have recently subscribed, or recently cancelled. This has helped with the onboarding process, but also as a winback technique for our recently lapsed subscribers
