Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use it to manage marketing communications and the recording of events. It helps us understand and measure changes in behavior and interaction. The scope covers app usage and how our member base is acquired, which is, in turn, linked to other internal data to build a fuller picture of how our members behave.

Pros

  • Easy to use search function.
  • Detailed levels of reporting that are easy to build.
  • Comprehensive profiling and additional features such as surveys.

Cons

  • Simplifying how data is presented, the dashboard can quite often be confusing. Having a more intuitive interface and the ability for different reporting would be beneficial.
  • I'd like more of an overview dashboard that I could build and access on the home screen, to look at top-level metrics.
  • Easier to use segmentation, and quicker to build features within.
  • We have increased our focus on personalisation with undoubted benefits to business.
  • Our conversion rates and open/ctr on email have improved significantly since introducing this solution.
  • We have better segmented our customers and tailored contacts at certain times.
I have only had to interact with the support team once, and they were very professional, and they helped me find a quick solution. The speed and knowledge of the team were also excellent when setting up the product, where all features (some quite complex) we explained simply so we could hit the ground running with the product and make it an instant success.
We have definitely optimized our overall customer experience via personalization in terms of the most relevant contact method, such as email/SMS, or understanding the best times to contact someone to improve open rates through time-based segmentation. Our workload has been lightened by automation, meaning we have more time to focus on personalization.

I think Bloomreach is a great overall tool, it is well-suited to many of our use cases, namely to understand how our members and customers are behaving. It allows us to track in great detail changes that might occur - one thing that could be improved upon is the understanding of the why - a feature to 'dig into' certain data points, peaks/spikes, etc to understand what is going on behind the headline, and identify potential issues.
