I use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization for both customer relationship management and email marketing. I am in charge of the overall email marketing strategy as well as list segmentation and email building. Our company sends both manual promotional email campaigns and automated journeys. I am also in charge of list uploading and updating.

I think it is great when you have multiple customer journeys you need to develop. It is a very powerful tool, but the knowledge of how to use certain features may be limited.
