I am administrator and lead analyst of the integration of Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization within our current architecture and tech stack. We renewed, improved and optimized the way we send millions of emails to our valued customers and manage visuals, texts, media content for many channels and scenarios. We are leveraging Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization capabilities as a martech CDP to unify our 360 view of our customers.
