Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

Bloomreach is essential for our omnichannel strategy across all available channels. We utilize Bloomreach for omnichannel communication across all available channels. At the same time, it helps us evaluate the success and performance of our campaigns. Bloomreach is also a great asset when it comes to creating and defining audiences for Meta Ads, thanks to its seamless and simple integration.

Pros

  • Easy work with catalogs for personalization.
  • Easy work with customer attributes.
  • System for data aggregation and calculation of various metrics in the customer lifecycle.

Cons

  • The system is designed predominantly for e-commerce. With other businesses, it is sometimes necessary to create a custom solution or a workaround.
  • Personalized campaigns easily have 2-3x greater conversion.
  • Correct segmentation can save the health of the database and better match client expectations.
  • The Engagement Score and OST are great tools for better and higher-quality mailings.
While I wasn't involved in the implementation or initial launch phase, making it impossible to comment on that process, I must highly praise the customer support team. They are exceptionally responsive and consistently demonstrate expert knowledge. The support staff is always very helpful in resolving most issues and providing clear guidance, making the experience much smoother post-launch.
Automation was not enabled in our version or in our project. Therefore, I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to use it. However, due to the specific industry of our company, the use of AI is almost impossible because we do not fit into the standard e-commerce structure.

If a genuine 360-degree view of the customer is needed, BR is the ideal choice. It manages to combine all data into clear sections, based on which great campaigns can be created. You can plan dynamic or static campaigns for all channels with a preview. The visual builder also makes the work much easier. On the other hand, it requires the implementation of all systems and potential data adjustment. It requires some effort for one to learn how to work with all sections. Reporting, in particular, is a bit more complicated.
