Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization is our one-stop-shop for all things customer targeting (on and offsite), segmentation, testing and personalisation. Having all of these functions housed under one roof is incredibly efficient for the business as it means we can have holistic customer journeys across multiple channels that target the same group of customers that we pull out.

The initial set up from Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization on integration and basic use was very good. Once this trickled out we had our CSM to help us but we did feel this did phase out and we were left in the dark slightly on general customer strategy help. In terms of general technical help within the platform however this is incredibly strong and the tech team are very responsive no matter when you chat with them.
We have used the Loomi AI functionality within the platform multiple ways. The main way we have seen success with is the Loomi powered recommendations. The Loomi engine intelligently works out the best strategy for the customer to serve them the most relevant products. After testing this with other strategies we found this works much better.
Not just an email platform. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization offer much much more in terms of how to target customers both on and offline. With endless ways to set up customer journeys and serve to customers. Making it a crucial part of our business and how we interact and market to our customers.

The technical support is also really strong from Bloomreach.
