Overall Satisfaction with Bluehost
We manage a handful of domains and websites on Bluehost. All the websites are small to medium sized sites. Only the marketing department uses the system. Our websites are pretty important to our business and so Bluehost is pretty important to us.
- Relatively inexpensive.
- Setting up emails.
- Pretty good uptime.
- Great customer service.
- Free SSL certificates with websites.
- Their new dashboard is slightly confusing.
- The renewal rates are higher and hard to find discounts for it.
- Websites were a must for us and Bluehost was one of the cheapest options.
Bluehost is better - easier to use, more reliable, have better customer service and offer more for the price you pay.
