Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We have embedded BlueJeans into our SAAS product. It allows students to meet together or with their class.

Pros

  • Extensibility - we have been able to extend the platform through their SDK and APIs
  • Flexibility - we can run on the browser or within an app.

Cons

  • Their platform support by continuing to evolve their SDKs
  • Reliability and robustness, where their uptime could be higher
  • They are a critical part of our overall solution and have had a positive impact.
Tokbox and Zoom
Works very well in learning scenarios for us.
