Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Our company uses BlueJeans in two forms. The first way we use it is in all our meetings, being we have employees across the globe it is a easy way to communicate. The second and most important use is integrating BlueJeans into our platform. Being an E-learning provider, it is essential to provide our users live events and with BlueJeans we are able to do that.

- Unrivaled in the number of users allowed on calls
- Integration with browsers
- Screen sharing
Cons
- Better integration with IE
- Outage alerts more real-time. On a few occasions, we were the ones to report the issue not the other way around.
- All company meetings are done on BlueJeans
- Student meetings with coaches and professors are done via BlueJeans. Without this, we would not be a leader in executive education.
- Working with BlueJeans we have developed the ability to break out from one event into others and back again. The reviews have been off the chart.
- Zoom
BlueJeans did not require an install making them the leader by far. Tech support for customization is by far superior for BlueJeans. Zoom developers seemed lost in what was needed for our customers.
