Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It is being used by our team, mostly with clients that are located in other parts of the world.

Pros

  • Screensharing. It helps when we are showing demos to our clients so they can get a better idea out of it

Cons

  • Sometimes there’s lag time
  • When setting up an invite, most email addresses don't appear as a suggestion so we have to type the whole email, which is kind of troublesome when the person has been in a few calls on BlueJeans already
  • More productive meetings
  • Improve sales cycles
BlueJeans is more user-friendly and requires fewer steps for both users and invitees
BlueJeans is great, however, sometimes the quality of the video calls is not the best. There are times where the audio has problems, which requires users to reload the program.
BlueJeans is good for conference calls across countries, especially when you have to screen share.
