Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans has been a fantastic addition to our organization. We utilize the service across all divisions, management levels, and operational tasks. From daily "round ups" to quarterly meetings. we are able to connect our staff between states and even continents.
- BlueJeans excels at onboard training. Both from a content and availability stand point.
- Ease of use is a high mark. The connectivity is very intuitive and easy to train.
- The plug-in app for Office 365 makes scheduling meetings simple, fast, and intuitive.
- In the current format video uploads are missing the mark. The foundation seems to be in place for uploading videos but the functionality of playing videos with sound or utilizing PowerPoint presentations with videos embedded does not function well.
- It has absolutely brought our team closer on a daily basis and improved our team communications greatly.
- The ability to connect team members daily from Northern California, Southern California, Colorado, Georgia and Italy (yes Italy) has been a game-changer for us.
- I cannot say enough good things about the Dolby Voice Room application joined with BlueJeans functionality. It was everything we wanted and more! No expensive and unattractive cabling, high resolution 4K video, impeccable sound, and ease of use.
BlueJeans has evolved into a much more dynamic platform than we expected. Our original purpose was connectivity for our conference room. We preferred the ability to purchase the Dolby Voice Room equipment and purchase it outright.
