Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

My company utilizes BlueJeans for internal/external meetings and telepsychiatry.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Account management for administrators
  • Connects well

Cons

  • If BlueJeans goes down, this is detrimental to my company.
  • More connection with remote employees
  • Use if ease for providers to see consumers
  • Zoom
Zoom seems to work well and has similar features to BlueJeans
The only issue BlueJeans has, is when the platform goes down. This is not frequent, but we lose revenue and providers cannot see patients, so it affects my company greatly.
I typically do not have any video or audio issues on BlueJeans when conducting a meeting. The share screen function is handy.
