Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

it is used by different groups within the organization due to the general frustration with corporate platforms. Used by team members to drive a quick session and collaborate across offices. As a consulting organization collaboration is our biggest strength with offices in major metropolitan cities.

Pros

  • It's very reliable.
  • Video and Audio work exceptionally well.
  • Chat works really well.

Cons

  • For us it just works.
  • Nice to know what video and audio conferencing hardware it can integrate with.
  • Lower costs
  • Improved collaboration
  • No frustation experience
We find BlueJeans more nimble and easy to work; specially compared to platforms like Skype which for us almost never works.
Exceptional. Its there when you need to; and it always works with no problems whatsoever.
I think for general collaboration we find it exceptionally useful. We use it primarily for video conferencing and audio.
