Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used mostly by one department, which has staff sitting in different locations.
- conference rooms work well with BlueJeans. Good audio/video
- Easy to connect from phones as well for staff not close to conference rooms.
- Sharing presentations is straightforward.
- the staff is sometimes struggling with its office365 integration.
- small company admin/control are sometimes not straightforward.
- We have been able to quickly deploy BlueJeans in the organization, integrating existing conference room and adding conference room setups at a relatively low cost
- Team members can easily participate in meetings from home office or on the road. It's easy to do team meetings between different office locations.
- Through calendar integration and dolby phones, meetings can easily be initiated from conference rooms.
- Detailed network/quality reports on past conferences to identify which connections were struggling with audio/video, letting us take corrective measures for future meetings
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and GoToMeeting
Skype did not do as well in conference rooms and we experienced reliability issues with the calls. GoToMeeting seems to be geared more to desktop-based meetings, less toward conference room integrations.
