Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
I use BlueJeans mainly in my teacher training (Yoga).
A part of the training is done online, and I need to have a reliable way to interact with my students, show them what I am doing, share my screens, and I also need to be able to not only "chat" with them, but be able to see them. Sometimes they need to ask questions that require their showing things with their bodies.

- Stability. The connection was rarely lost.
- Smooth video and audio. I don't have an amazing connection, but when I used YouTube Live, the lag was awful. Here there was almost no lag.
- Ease of use. I had people who were quite technologically challenged, and they never had issues.
- One thing mainly: I cannot split the screen and show what I am doing at the same time as I show what is on my computer (slides or others). This was rather limiting in many ways, and having to go back and forth caused me to lose connections many times during a couple of my sessions, which was aweful.
- Sharing recordings was not easy at all. The app for some reason said please do not forward the email -so I had to download the files, and re-upload in YouTube.
- I just couldn't have online training with what is available for free. It is paramount for my business to have a reliable tool to do this, especially with low bandwidth, which is the case in most of the country I am based out of.
