Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It is being used to allow video conferencing with people in different countries. The previous solution we were using was unreliable and haphazard. BlueJeans has made the regular conference call a much smoother process. We can share onscreen content and the application is supported on many platforms. We have had at least 12 people on a call without any problem.

Pros

  • It is very easy to use via the app
  • It allows easy screen sharing
  • It is intuitive, even for people who are not that tech savvy.

Cons

  • The connection can occasionally be faulty if too many people use video conferencing and their internet connection is a bit slow.
  • For the price and what it offers BlueJeans is excellent value for money
  • It has saved time as previously organising a call and getting every connected was a real hassle.
  • If there is a user limit we haven't hit it yet. It scales very well.
Zoom is a competitor of BlueJeans and also works well. However, some very large organisations used BlueJeans and I felt more confident selecting BlueJeans on this basis. One employee of this very well known company told me it was excellent. A personal recommendation always helps in deciding purchases and it certainly helped in this case.
BlueJeans is very slick with an intuitive user interface. It has all the options you can think of and they are so easy to find. Joining a meeting is very easy, especially from the link emailed around. The app opens from whatever device you are on, the audio and video settings are set and away you go.
It is excellent for holding meetings where body language is important to read. The app is supported on laptops, mobiles etc., so people can call in from anywhere. People who use it for the first time comment to me on how easy it is to use. It professionalises meetings.
