Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is used by my department specifically to host bi-weekly meetings with team members from inside and outside our organization. These team members are spread across the entire country.

Pros

  • Audio Quality.
  • Video Quality.
  • User interface.

Cons

  • I haven't come across major issues or areas for improvement.
  • It's used by a small segment of our company and this a minimum ROI in the overall sense of the company. However, it has had a large impact on our specific team.
It's simple. It recognizes audio and video devices. No need to search settings.
Managing large video conferencing meetings. Less appropriate for one-on-one meetings.
