Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Used across the entire organization for internal meetings. Allows in-person meetings to occur virtually, dramatically reducing the T&E cost.
- Easy to set up.
- Plug-in for Outlook.
- Screenshare is simple.
- Ability to record meetings.
- Ability to see settings and who is on call when sharing a screen.
- One-touch dial-in feature when creating an invite in Outlook (via plug-in).
- I don't know the exact KPIs, but overall we have had far less T&E cost incurred due to the ability to conduct scheduled and/or unscheduled meetings face to face via BlueJeans.

Stacks up well; I wish Bluejeans would alert me when people joined my meeting with a beep/tone like Zoom does.
