I have personally used Skype and Skype for Business, both of which did not meet my requirements. While Skype for Business is more integrated with Microsoft Outlook, it did not have the same user-friendly interface or integration that BlueJeans has. Furthermore, BlueJeans has more options for dialing in with more affordable price points.

Usability

It is extremely easy to join a meeting. Due to its integration with Microsoft Outlook and iOS calendars, I now get a meeting notification on my phone, which I just have to click in order to join the meeting right from my home screen, without even having to open the BlueJeans app.

Likelihood to Recommend

Extremely helpful to connect with internal and external teams at the click of a button. Very user-friendly and has good features. I use it daily to communicate with my teams who are spread out through the globe. Daily conference calls with over 10 people were easy to schedule and share with each person's calendar with the Outlook integration.
