Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It is used to organise meetings between our multi located teams and our partners offshore. It's used as an effective way of communication.

Pros

  • Easy meeting organiser
  • Intelligent voice recognizer. Switched immediately to the video of the person talking
  • Customisable UI

Cons

  • Some calls drop
  • Initial setup hiccups when people join and are unable to hear each other
  • Good tool
