Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is being used across our whole organisation especially to meet with staff across NZ and Australia. It address the need to attend meetings in person.

Pros

  • Share screen works effectively
  • Having phone back up for audio if the internet drops out is excellent
  • Simple to set up meetings

Cons

  • The sync with Outlook could be smoother.
  • Less requirement for travel and more availability for other work
We have used Skype for meetings and BlueJeans is much more stable with much better audio.
  • Meeting with staff in other regions
  • Sharing information across regions
  • Recording meetings and allowing staff to view later
