Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used across the whole organization. It's very useful for all teams and divisions. It helps everyone to plan and participate in a meeting with as many people as you like. Sound and video are always of high quality.

Easy and quick meeting connections.
High quality for sound and video.

As I'm always using BlueJeans with my phone, if someone calls me, I'm disconnected from the meeting.
Sometimes, even if I'm connected to wifi, the connection can be difficult.

Return on Investment

On a weekly basis, it helps me to know how things are going with every asset I'm supervising and it makes it easy to report important points to managers.
It's very easy to participate in worldwide company meetings. BlueJeans gives me the feeling that I'm involved in something big.

BlueJeans is well suited for team meetings, worldwide meetings, and subcontractor meetings. It is less appropriate if an external company isn't using BlueJeans and has another lighter solution, since they will prefer to use their solution and we'll need to adapt to them.
