Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
BlueJeans is used among my whole organization as a basic tool for teleconferencing. Both for project meetings and town halls. As a teleconferencing solution, it allows us to chat through cameras in meeting rooms, but also through laptops and mobile devices. It is widely used across all teams within the company as it significantly helps us cooperate between people working in different countries/continents.
- Good screen sharing functionality.
- Automatic adjustment of picture/sound quality in case of network connection problems.
- Nothing particular. It's ok as is.
- It helped us to cooperate more efficiently and effectively across different offices. It increased team productivity.
As an alternate solution, the company uses MS Teams. Teams is considered an internal chat or 1-to-1 call application rather than an official platform for teleconferencing. BlueJeans was chosen as a replacement for the Polycom Platform. It allowed usage of Polycom devices which were in possession of my company.
