Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)

  • Multiple departments across the organization are using BlueJeans at high capacity; daily, long meetings.
  • The main issues we may face sometimes would be the voice cutting, especially if too many users on BJ events and sometimes high delay in presentation shared when across different regions.

Pros

  • Easy to use from Phone App
  • Easy to set meetings

Cons

  • When using the phone app, we cannot access contacts in MS Outlook, only the ones stored on the phone.
  • Higher bandwidth in BlueJeans events.
  • Better communications with language barriers.
  • More productivity of sales updates.
Always helpful
  • BlueJeans is very handy and easy to use when setting global town hall meetings for the organization, across multiple regions. It can include about 1000 participants.
  • However, BlueJeans needs to strengthen its productivity when it comes to sharing presentations and streaming videos during large scale events. On a few occasions, the delay was over 1.5 minutes.

Using BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)

All business functions: Executive Management, Business Support, Sales & Operations, IT, Marketing, Supply & Demand ... etc.
Unfortunately no one in-house, but we get remote assistance when needed. They are all very helpful and quick in their responses.
  • Town hall Meeting
  • Recurrent Team Meeting
  • Multiple Presenters
  • Client events
BlueJeans is very hand & easy to use, setting a meeting is by clicking one button. The only downside is when there's a large group of people, sometimes the voice starts cutting and presentation streaming becomes much slower.
