Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans over our entire organization. We primarily use it with off-site employees. BlueJeans gives us video conference and screen share capabilities for these clients. We also use it for off-site client consultations with clients. We will have clients who cannot come to our office, so we video chat with them through BlueJeans.
- Intuitive controls
- Excellent quality
- Users on a mobile device must download the app. (This is difficult for clients who will only use it once.)
- The quality diminishes when the internet is sporadic. (I'm not sure what BlueJeans can do about that issue, though.)
- We've been able to integrate off-site employees seamlessly
- We've closed substantial business with clients through BlueJeans.
BlueJeans is more affordable than the other options, while still providing top quality service. We've been very pleased with the ROI we receive on this product. I've used competitors with other companies where I work. I'm very pleased with all that BlueJeans offers our firm. We haven't regretted subscribing to BlueJeans.
