Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans over our entire organization. We primarily use it with off-site employees. BlueJeans gives us video conference and screen share capabilities for these clients. We also use it for off-site client consultations with clients. We will have clients who cannot come to our office, so we video chat with them through BlueJeans.

Pros and Cons

Intuitive controls
Excellent quality

Users on a mobile device must download the app. (This is difficult for clients who will only use it once.)
The quality diminishes when the internet is sporadic. (I'm not sure what BlueJeans can do about that issue, though.)

We've been able to integrate off-site employees seamlessly

Cisco Webex Meetings

BlueJeans is more affordable than the other options, while still providing top quality service. We've been very pleased with the ROI we receive on this product. I've used competitors with other companies where I work. I'm very pleased with all that BlueJeans offers our firm. We haven't regretted subscribing to BlueJeans.

Likelihood to Recommend

We use BlueJeans with clients and off-site team members. Team members find it exceptionally useful. They join group meetings and one-on-one meetings. The screen-share feature is also exceptionally helpful for training and in presentations. We use BlueJeans for client consultation calls, as well as vendor calls. It improves the quality of both of those experiences. It is MUCH better than a phone call.
