Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Our Organisation uses BlueJeans to connect clients, families, and staff who span across a broad region of Ontario. My current program uses it daily to meet clients in their homes or our partner organizations. We use to connect with each other for meetings, check-ins, and scrums. We also use it for training. IE is showing someone a tip or trick in our database by sharing our screens.

- Transportable (can use the app on phone or laptop)
- Nine windows only limit us for bigger meetings; some meetings can include up to 26 people. At least let me toggle on who I want to look at.
- Audio can still sometimes not keep up with the video.
We have had BlueJeans create open attendance training where people can drop in (log in) for Q & A's etc.
I can't speak to the decrease in tickets, but I can say that it has avoided a lot of wasted emails and phone calls between my programs.
BlueJeans has supported our agency and clients to connect and remain interactive in a region where weather and distance can limit this. It has been excellent for all management team meetings. It has been awesome to connect with other colleagues across the province. We have rarely not found a scenario where it is "inappropriate."
