Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans addresses the issue of our offices existing globally and needing to have conference calls with our global offices and/or vendors on a daily basis. BlueJeans has made our lives easier by providing that capability with great call quality. It is used by all departments who are in need of having global calls throughout their daily work.

  • Calls can be done with literally anyone who has internet connection.
  • Support Arabic language
  • Screen-sharing feature could be optimized (sometimes it's slow)
  • Saved money on travel
  • More face-to-face conversations leading to more effective meetings
  • Saved money on international calls
Microsoft Teams
BlueJeans is more user-friendly and easier to use. However, our organization currently uses both products.
BlueJeans is always well suited. It is professional and does the perfect job of fulfilling conference call needs. Screen-sharing allows interactive discussions and document alterations on the spot. The fact that the receiving party does not need to have an account (like other providers) makes everyone's lives easier. Anyone from anywhere can access meetings when invited.
BlueJeans might be less appropriate for upper management and very important board meetings where there are more than 10 people attending and participating in the discussions.
