Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is used by one of our project teams, approximately 10 people, for all of its internal and external meetings. It enables our remote or out-of-office staff to participate in daily production meetings, as well as all of our external client meetings.

Pros

  • Voice calls very clear
  • Screen sharing
  • Video calls

Cons

  • It would be easier to use the web browser only, without needing to launch a separate BlueJeans app.
  • Whiteboard style markup from all participants would be nice.
  • Money saved on travel
BlueJeans seemed to have better audio quality.
BlueJeans is very well suited for holding meetings with participants from various different locations.
