Our 6-person team of web designers and developers has used BlueJeans for approximately 4 years as our primary video conferencing platform. It's always been a reliable, easy-to-use, and affordable tool that our clients easily adapt to. It is used by all team members, especially project managers. Especially during he pandemic, it's proven to be an invaluable tool.
- Ease of use for us and our clients.
- Quality video and audio.
- Google calendar integration is very easy and helpful.
- Record button disappeared unexpectedly.
- Some clients had not heard of BlueJeans and would ask about it in advance and whether they would have to install a program in advance.
- Scheduling a meeting through the app is a little confusing at first. We'd rather just schedule with the Google Calendar button which is much easier.
- Allows our remote team to communicate and meet effectively thereby improving productivity.
- BlueJeans offers opportunities for easily meeting with remote clients thereby increasing our market base.
- BlueJeans provides a completely viable alternative to in-person meetings and helps save on travel.
