Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are using BlueJeans to offer on-line classes and one-to-one meetings that should be recorded. It has proved to be a valuable tool to overcome logistic problems when people are scattered in different areas and to make recordings available in an easy way.
- BlueJeans is very good at allowing sharing.
- It's quite reliable as we have never had connection instability problems.
- The technical support is responsive.
- Lack of instructions in Italian, which is a widespread language available on other platforms
- A local recording option to prevent loss of recordings would be great.
- When you upgrade you cannot compensate with the amount you have already paid, but you have to pay the whole amount and keep the credit for the following year.
- Money saved on corporate travels.
- Flexibility in setting meetings
- Classes are more accessible.
My audience is used to BlueJeans and the system has proved to be reliable. Nevertheless, Zoom has Italian translation and this is a strong plus.
