Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events

We use BlueJeans Events to conduct public meetings remotely during the pandemic. It solved the problem of not being able to meet in person for our public meetings. BlueJeans Events allows our organization to have quality interactions with our customers and the public during our meetings. It's easy to use and the customers/public seem to like it.
  • Easy to set up events/meetings.
  • Easy for attendees, participants, and moderators to log on.
  • Able to easily customize the look and feel of the attendee experience.
  • High quality video and audio.
  • I wish event/meeting presenters could use a web browser.
  • Moderator also be a presenter.
  • BlueJeans Events has kept our office staff as well as our customers and the public healthy by removing the need for in-person meetings.
  • It's a cost-effective solution.
