Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans for us has worked like a charm. We use it to sync across all our teams and that generally happens frequently on a daily basis. The intuitive experience and the entire ease of it have made lives simpler for us. Our engineering and Design teams use it for connecting with clients, and customers and for internal communication.

  • It's really better for communication than other applications in the same domain.
  • Integration with other apps.
  • Trainings and tutorials.

Cons

  • UI elements are very tiny.
  • Time to start a meeting is long.
  • A little faster support.

Primarily because it is super affordable and offers a lot for that price.
It is compatible with a variety of platforms which makes it convenient to use no matter the devices or operating system one is using. It offers high-definition video and audio quality. No other backup video conferencing software option used in our organization compared to BlueJeans in this area. It includes features such as screen sharing and recording which are very useful. The personalized invitations to meetings feature helps to increase attendance. The screen sharing quality is excellent and adapts nicely to low bandwidth.
