Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans is favoured as the preferred video communication software, amongst all of the other software options available to employees of my organization. It is used not just by my department, but by other departments within the company because of its inherent features such as its background noise cancellation feature and high quality audio/video. This guarantees us smooth conversations and engagements in the course of our video conference sessions, regardless of the number of participants. The key business problem that BlueJeans addresses for my company is that it makes remote communication hitch-free and effective, no matter the length of the video conference session, the number of participants or the location of the participants as far as there is quality internet connection.

Pros

  • Background noise suppression
  • Large meeting capacity.
  • Accessibility across mobile, web and desktop.
  • Spatial audio for crystal clear communication during meetings.

Cons

  • Limited access to features when I use BlueJeans on a web browser, versus when using BlueJeans on the desktop native application.
  • BlueJeans automatic transcription does not support enough languages.
  • There have been situations where specific part of our BlueJeans recorded meetings were missing. At other times, I have encountered distorted audio in parts of our recorded meetings.
  • The use of BlueJeans within my company, especially at my department brings a lot of flexibility to how we work remotely. Because of how reliable BlueJeans has been over time, it is a lot easier to work away from the physical office without a lot of lapses.
  • Standout BlueJeans features, especially its AI ( artificial intelligence ) tools like meeting highlight capturing, and the ability to assign tasks during team meetings have led to improved productivity meetings, primarily a result of our ability to streamline different aspects of our online video meeting sessions.
  • BlueJean's capability to accommodate large-sized participant meetings has been helpful for virtual training sessions organized by my organization's management for select professionals within our workforce. This I assume, is a cost-effective option for management versus physical training sessions which usually involves a lot of traveling by our staff.

I believe that the primary need expected from a video conference tool like BlueJeans is clear audio and video conference communication, which is not affected by meeting duration or the number of meeting participants. BlueJeans does this perfectly, thus the reason why I will recommend it for the most part.
