Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans Meetings is the software adopted within my company for video based communication between employees. We use BlueJeans Meetings for face to face video communication between employees of the company in situations where a physical meeting is not possible. As a result of our use of BlueJeans Meetings it is a lot easier to initiate group collaboration sessions between employees in my department, without everyone being required to be physically present within the office space. This I believe has made us as a team , department and organization to be a lot more productive, than we would be without a program like BlueJeans Meetings.

Pros

  • Cross device access to meetings on desktop, web browser and on mobile app.
  • Ability to record meetings in the cloud.
  • Integration with key third party software we use at work.
  • Crystal clear audio across any device type.

Cons

  • Disparity in feature-access between BlueJeans Meetings on desktop or Mobile app as against using it on web browser. The experience on BlueJeans Meetings web browser is steps behind what is available on the desktop and mobile phone options.
  • As a multi-national company, we would like BlueJeans Meetings to offer meeting transcriptions in multiple languages. Unfortunately , BlueJeans Meetings does not currently provide this.
  • Our deployment of BlueJeans Meetings has made it a lot convenient for me to work remotely without a drop down in the quality of my work , from when I work physically from my office.
  • BlueJeans Meetings ability to accept hundreds of participants into our meetings , without a drop down in the audio or video quality of the meeting has been helpful. Especially , for large scale company events such as virtual training conferences.
  • I believe that BlueJeans Meetings has saved my company money by greatly reducing the number of physical travels that we would normally have to do , if we didn't have a reliable tool like BlueJeans Meetings on hand.

A scenario where BlueJeans Meetings has come in handy in my daily work experience is how it has helped to enhance group team meetings. Because we are an organization with team members spread across different cities , physical meetings is not always possible. However, we rely on BlueJeans Meetings to initiate group video meetings and make use of its smart features like highlight reels , auto camera framing , dynamic polling and its ideation toolkit amongst other tools to facilitate effective collaboration in the course of our group meetings.
