A Video Conferencing Tool On Which You Can Rely
Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
BlueJeans is being used by our team to discuss our strategy and work progress. I personally use BlueJeans for my weekly team meetings. I mainly work from home and travel very frequently, when i am travelling the biggest issue is the internet. There are many occasions where i didn't have good internet connection by still i never faced connectivity problems, which is really a big thing for me. BlueJeans also offer many features which is really helpful during video conferencing, such screen sharing, screen recording, etc. One thing which is personally very like is their Smart meeting feature where it automatically captures the important points.
Pros
- Smart meeting where it automatically captures and share the important highlight of the meeting.
- Good connectivity, there are very few instances where i have faced connectivity problem.
- Easy to navigate user interface
- Can easily share my screen during a meeting, and can also record a meeting.
Cons
- Video quality is different between their desktop app version and web browser version
- I prefer using Bluejeans web browser version but it lack many features which are there in their Desktop App version, which is really disappointing.
- Not a big issue but if they decrease their pricing, it will be great
- Easily to share weekly work progress
- Better client relation

As i travel alot i faced major connectivity issue with the Zoom and that's why i switch to the Bluejeans. When i joined the Bluejeans i was not sure if it will have connectivity issue or not, but now i can say that Bluejeans has very less connectivity issue in comparison to the Zoom Meetings.
