Overall Satisfaction with BOARD

Board tool is used mainly for sales trend and margin analysis, budget and forecast process and to monitor the board users' activity.
  • Easy to use and flexible
  • ETL manager is poor
  • Board helps controllers and agents to get a picture of the company's health but it is hard to say how improved our business in terms of KPI.

Board is a good option for dynamic, not static analysis. Board allows users to change the cockpit layout with few steps and very less effort. Board is not suitable to manage big data in its own database, the fragmentation of database in cubes requires lots of maintenance and the data quality is not easy to be monitored.
