Board is being used in our organization as a unified platform for corporate portfolio management and business intelligence and majorly we have implemented in our PMO, Technical, Finance, marketing, and operations departments for the users as per their job roles. Board is providing our key departments with different insights about the project regulatory affairs and predictive business models for real-time management. We are using Board for budgeting and planning of ongoing and upcoming projects, scenario-based business modeling, financial reporting, integration of datasheets and different databases for analytics, BI and management reporting, and predictive analytics and it has helped our organization to outperform in various business entities through its effective and efficient tools.
- Business intelligence and scenario-based business modeling are very helpful for management purposes.
- Detailed predictive analytics and financial reporting saves multitude budgetary leaks.
- BI analytics reports and management reports are well polished and easy to figure out in one glimpse.
- Mobile applications are little difficult to handle and UI can be be improved.
