We use Board as a collaboration tool in our organization where it connects all the data it gets from all the departments and provides management with a forecast backuped by detailed reports.

  • We are able to know the best time to release new solutions to our customers from the data we get from Board.
  • We are able to price our products properly from the reports we get from Board.
Importing data from various sources is available in Board, so you can just import your excel sheet or integrate it with other solutions then merge them in Board all in real-time. All formats are accepted and Board will convert it in a short time unless you have a lot of data, then that might take a lot of time and consume a lot of your resources.
It's easy to share data with your team members and even with other departments using any device since Board supports all devices. The reports can be configured to be sent to the users of choice and can be accessed anywhere as long as you have access, others will find it impossible to get access if it's not preconfigured and each person has his own customized dashboard which has a modern look.
To start it's worth mentioning that Corporate Performance Management is a subset of Business Intelligence but most other solutions provide them as 2 separate products. But in Board, you can get both in a single platform, which makes all processes go much faster and will cost less to implement. In addition, having both BI & CPM come from the same supplier makes it easier to manage technically and will require fewer resources.
Board is not a good solution for small companies, as the data will not be enough to provide a reliable outcome.
