Board is being used across all departments which are linked to the CRM System. All CRM-generated data is run through Board for outstanding product and service planning. The analytics report that we can pull from Board is quick and in real-time. This is a big plus when it comes to providing information to the respective stakeholders.

Board is great when it comes to integration with any CRM System. Even older systems can be linked to have seamless data transmission for the sales and forecasting process. In-depth end-user and customer profiling is easy within Board and the results can be displayed on the dashboard. Overall, Board has a very user-friendly UI as well.
