Overall Satisfaction with Board
Board is implemented and is currently being used by almost all departments in our organization. Pretty much all the Online App Services teams use Board to understand what the customer needs and make appropriate changes to the services and products. To be honest, it is very user-friendly and anyone could start pulling reports in a few hours of understanding the system.
- Customizing reports is very easy.
- Dashboard is extremely informative and can be tweaked.
- Forecasting is the best with Board.
- The user interface even though user friendly, is not modern.
