It helps our team do deep analysis and data quality refinement for the churn rate prediction in the High Networth Individual project. We can further do reporting and analysis and are able to do forecasting using Board for our refined data set. We further share these detailed reports with operations teams/customer relationship teams to retain our HNI customers by cross-selling them relevant products or offering them proactive solutions to prevent churn.
- Standardisation of data from various disparate sources.
- Depth of analysis and ability to drill down and up to get a high-level and low-level picture of analyzed data.

- Quite challenging to work and place various different objects, even after using align for report designers.
- Error messages are vague at times requiring additional efforts to find the root cause of the problem.
