Overall Satisfaction with BoardPro
For our organization, I'm a Project Manager and there are a lot of projects that I have to manage, in different areas and with different team members. With BoardPro I use an unique platform to manage all the projects also when I have to communicate with people outside the company. BoardPro is like a control panel (a board) where you can show all the details for every project without waste time or searching mails and documents in outlook or in your local repository. You are sure that the document you are working on is the last version and, when there are corrections or integrations you know when they were done and who did them. Moreover, every document is linked with an event in the agenda, so it makes easy to share the documents with all the people who participated in a meeting. In my experience the more relevant benefits are: a cleaner way to manage projects; avoiding waste of time to search and re-create the meetings (and also the ideas, the notes and the decisions that were taken) and give to the team members a space in which they can collaborate as a team.

If the boss, team members, stakeholders or anyone different ask you something about the project, you can search the thing you need with a mouse click, without switching from outlook to other platforms. It seems easy and quite stupid, but it's essential for a PM.
With Teams for sure you can work in a same document with the team members but you don't have the possibility to understand if the document in which you are working on is the last version or what version is it. And with Teams you have to create your own repository... here BoardPro create it for you
