Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BoldSign for the signing of contracts internationally; i.e. with parties in various countries. Getting these contracts signed previously required each party to sign and then scan the copy before sending it to the next party to sign. Invariably details such as place and date were left out and sometimes the scan copies were not of a high quality. Using BoldSign makes is very easy to manage the signing of the contracts and the signatories find it very convenient as well.

Pros

Ensures that all details required in a document get properly completed.
Great visibility of the status of the signing process.
Once signed by all parties the document is fully executed with a detailed audit trail of who signed, when it was signed and the IP address of the signatory.

Cons

I think that BoldSign does a great job and I do not have any additional suggestions for improvement.

Return on Investment

BoldSign makes the signing of documents extremely easy.
It saves time as documents can be signed in the matter of minutes.
Once signed by all parties, a fully executed copy plus audit trail is emailed to all of the signatories.

Usability

BoldSign is very userfriendly. It also provides a great overview for the administrator as the dashboard shows very clearly the status of all documents in progress.
