Overall Satisfaction with BoldSign, by Syncfusion®

We use BoldSign to have clients sign engagement contracts as well as other letters clients need to sign in order for us to complete our engagements. We also use BoldSign for such things as sending out employment offer letters to be signed electronically. We are a CPA firm and so we also send out e-file authorization forms to client to sign so that we can then file the returns electronically. These uses pretty much make up probably more than 90% of what we use BoldSign for so not really much variation, but each of these uses are critical to our engagements and providing clients a way to sign these documents electronically decreases the amount of time it takes them to sign exponentially so the impact to our engagement efficiency is substantial.

Pros

  • Really enjoy the interface, its well layed out and to the point.
  • Really like being able to see if a client has viewed the document.
  • BoldSign saving signed documents in the dashboard is very helpful. You don't always have time to download the document right away and sometime a fair amount of time can go by and so its very helpful to know I can go in later when I have time and download it.
  • Easy to manage users.

Cons

  • I know this isn't very helpful but as of now for me and my firm BoldSign checks off all the boxes, I don't have any complaints or comments for improvement at this time.
  • Increases efficiency
  • Increases client satisfaction as it provides a fast efficient way of signing documents compared to the old way of printing, signing, re-scanning, and emailing the documents.
  • BoldSign provides a great trail of the history of the document to validate its authenticity which is also very important. We don't just download and file the "completed" document we also download the "audit trail history" report as well.
I believe its very user friendly, someone using it for the first time will figure out what to do in a matter of minutes. The interface is well laid out and easy to figure out.
I'm not aware of any other products by Syncfusion.

If you need an electronic signature service I would have no problem recommending the service to anyone. I can't think of any scenarios where it would be less appropriate.
