Overall Satisfaction with BoldSign, by Syncfusion®

Need a simple to use platform to digitally sign contracts that was legally binding and economical for a small business. Also needed a platform that would serve as an easy-to-access repository for all our signed contracts and agreements.

Pros

  • BoldSign was incredibly easy to pickup and start using. The UX was very intuitive and required no training or guidance.
  • BoldSign's signed contracts repository is a very easy-to-access and navigate system to store and access all our signed documents.
  • BoldSign customer support has always been incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons

  • None whatsoever.
  • BoldSign's an incredibly small investment to make for making legally binding contracts required to move your business forward while protecting yourself. The ROI has been immense, and I'm grateful that BoldSign is a part of my tech stack.
Just incredibly easy to use and meets my small business' digital signing needs.
BoldSign keeps digital signing simple and easy. DocuSign is bloated and incredibly expensive and too complex for signing documents required by a small business like mine.

BoldSign is perfect for the small business or startup that needs a legally-binding solution to digitally sign contracts/agreements between 2 parties or more. It's no frills and super easy to use, and requires no training to understand how to use.
BoldSign is less appropriate for organisations that require complex integrations and automation capabilities for their digital signature solution.
