Fostering Success utilizes Bonterra Case Management from start to finish - program request forms are available 24/7 to the client and directly routed to program staff. Outcomes/deliverables are entered and tracked in the system, with custom reports utilized for specific reporting needs. We utilize Bonterra Case Management to manage event registrations as well. Bonterra is user-friendly and nimble such that new forms and reports can be created in-house.

- The new role management is a bit clunky
- We literally could not provide longitudinal data for our program outcomes were it not for Bonterra Case Management.

Bonterra Case Management allows us to track program delivery data in real time - providing us with financial impact data that is vital to our program capacity building.
Because all of our deliverables are tracked in Bonterra Case Management, we are able to provide more than a narrative - we are able to build customized data collection models from forms and report nuanced data to our funders. Bonterra forms are easy to build and easy to augment, allowing us to be nimble in terms of data collection (metrics) for varied grant sources.
Salesforce products are glitchy and clunky. I really like the functionality of Bonterra software - it allows us to totally personalize our forms and reports to our organization's needs without the financial cost of outside consultants or programmers. Bonterra's customer support has always assisted us as we have needed and provided timely and knowledgeable service to our staff. I cannot imagine utilizing any other product, to be honest.
