Great product

We use this case management software to track the expenses that we incur for individual clients. We are also able to track attendance and classes using the software. The software allows us to use the information gathered to create reports that we can utilize for quality assurance meetings. At my organization we have many different types of programs and we are able to track participants by name, address, and other identifying information to know the frequency of their visits. I can't say enough good things about the Bonterra Software. I have worked with many different types of software and this is by far one of the most simple easy to maneuver ones.

As a food pantry we utilize the software to run the numbers on how many people visit the pantry on any given day and run those numbers against years prior to determine need and frequency. It is great to have programming that allows us to see how many community members we are serving and hopefully one day be able to see a decline in that need.

Bonterra makes it easier to separate programs and costs therefore making it easier to identify which programs are spending what. We are able to break down individual programs and costs making it easier to write grants for different programs and separate expenses. Much of our funding comes in for a specific program so it also helps us track the amount spent.
