Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Network for Good

We use Bonterra Network for Good for a variety of purposes including fundraising, email blasts, and newsletters. There may be other ways I'm not aware of and we are looking into using more functions of the platform like volunteer management. It's incredibly helpful for all of these functions to be included in one platform, so our team is very excited to explore more options for utilization.

Pros

Cons

  • We can't have two people working in an "email blast" at the same time. It causes changes not to be saved.
  • Increased donations, have a platform for which we can run our campaigns has been so helpful and very efficient.
  • All the cool engagement and communication features! It's great to have a go-to place to send mass communications. VERY helpful in disseminating information and fundraising.
I'm not very involved with this portion, but with that being said I love that Bonterra Network for Good helps me to be aware of where we are at with fundraising campaigns. The functionality really streamlines tracking and keeping our community and staff updated.
I've personally had very few issues other than some of my progress on the newsletter not being saved when I'm accidentally working on it at the same time as another coworker.
Unfortunately I do not have experience on other platforms.

I'm not the only person who uses the platform in our organization. I primarily use it for email blasts, but it seems really well suited for all of the purposes I'm aware of (email blasts, newsletters, CRM management, fundraising, volunteer management). I'm not sure where it would be less appropriate.
