The overall usability is, in my opinion, a 9 out of 10. I rate the overall usability this highly because I find that tracking my time, billable and non-billable hours, and expenses are easy and fast, and it saves me a lot of time. I am able to log in on several devices and work on separate projects while updating BQE Core at the same time.
I have never used this feature. I have never contacted support for BQE Core; therefore, I can not appropriately answer this question. This question does not apply to me and may be better suited for my HR department, which handles contacting support and paying for the software. I cannot answer this question.
I have worked with BQE Core for about a year now, and I have had a great experience with time tracking, expense tracking, receipt uploads, and overall project organization. As an environmental consultant, having billable and non-billable hours pinned on my home page is a great way to stay on track!
